Administrative Assistant - Trumbull County

Seeking highly motivated individual to handle billing and administrative duties at the front desk of a behavioral health office in Trumbull County. Duties include: greet customers, schedule appointments, accept payments, complete financial paperwork, build charts, file, enter data into computer, manage payeeships and patient assistance programs. Must have one year experience in office setting, excellent customer service skills, billing experience, and excellent computer skills in MS Office products. Excellent benefit package. E.O.E.

Billing Specialist - Portage County

Seeking highly motivated individual to electronically bill and post payments for mental health claims to insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid and self pay clients. Contact funding sources to investigate non-payment and denied claims. Monitor and report any billing problems or developing trends to supervisor. Must have computer and medical billing experience including insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. Three years mental health billing experience and knowledge of mental health CPT codes preferred. Managed Care Benefits Specialist - Portage County

Seeking highly motivated individual to verify coverage and authorization requirements. Review and resubmit all denied claims. Print aging reports and contact delinquent accounts for payment of claims. Monitor usage of client authorizations and create reports for providers on clients approaching authorization limits. Request and track treatment plans for authorizations.
Must have experience working with managed care companies, knowledge of mental health CPT codes and experience with MS Office products. Three years experience working with Medicare and managed care companies obtaining authorizations and resolving billing issues and two years managed care experience in the mental health arena is preferred. Experience in collecting delinquent accounts highly desired. Excellent benefit package. E.O.E.
