Case Manager - Contract - Summit Co. 

Seeking case manager for our Summit County office to work with individuals with mental health issues for a minimum of 10 hours per week. Responsibilities include working with team to coordinate cases and complete treatment plans. Flexible schedule to meet the needs of our consumers. BA/BS in mental health or related field or 5 years experience in mental health or related field required. Prior case management experience preferred. Must have and maintain excellent driving record. Therapist - Contract - Summit Co.

Seeking outpatient therapist to work with individuals with psychiatric disorders in our Summit County office. Hours will be primarily during the day with some evening hours. Must be independently licensed as LISW, PCC, or Psychologist. Excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and one year experience providing therapy to people with severe and persistent mental illness. Therapist - PRN - Stark Co.

Coleman is seeking an exceptional individual to join our recovery-oriented team of professionals to work with individuals with psychiatric disorders in the community. Independently licensed as LISW or approaching graduation with MA in SW. Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week. Must have group experience and willingness to participate in group counseling. Excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and at least two years’ experience providing counseling and psychotherapy to people with severe and persistent mental illness preferred. E.O.E.

Training Consultant - PRN - Portage Co.

The PRN Training Consultant will work with people with all types of disabilities to help them learn tasks associated with employment. Responsibilities include: work with employers and assist with job accommodations, provide documentation of the services provided and assessment of skills related to the job, provide job coaching for Community Based Situational Assessments and employment. The Training Consultant must be able to work a very flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends. Must have two years experience working with people with disabilities. BA in related field and one year experience is preferred. Excellent driving record required. E.O.E.
