Crisis Specialist - PT - Trumbull Co.                          Seeking crisis specialist to provide telephone and face-to-face crisis intervention and triage in our 24-hour Access Center. Responsibilities include: pulling charts for prescreening activity, filing, sending emails to customers indicating service provided, and making follow-up calls to customer. Ability to work 8 pm-4 am two nights per week. BA in psychology, social work or related field and two years experience in mental health is required. Crisis intervention experience preferred. Emergency Mental Health Prescreener-PRN-Trumbull    Seeking individual to provide emergency mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and supportive services to both general population and mentally ill people of all ages. Must have an Ohio license as RN, LSW, or LPC. LISW or LPCC preferred; will consider P.A. or C.T. credentials. Good driving record, crisis or mental health experience and ability to work day, evening, and sometimes overnight. E.O.E.

Training Consultant - PRN - Trumbul Co.                     The PRN Training Consultant will work with individuals with disabilities at community work sites in Trumbull County. Responsibilities include: assist individual in learning tasks of the job, negotiate accommodations, coordinate transportation, and develop reports for BVR. The Training Consultant must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the identified employment needs of the customers, which may include weekends and holidays. BA and one year experience working in employment services. Excellent driving record required. E.O.E.
